Mission:
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of equipment and systems within the energy sector. The role involves planning, performing, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
- Manage and update technical documentation, such as equipment logs and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align maintenance schedules with production needs.
- Recommend and execute upgrades or optimization measures for equipment and systems.
- Monitor and track spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
- Test and calibrate equipment following maintenance or repair activities.

Profile:

- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or industrial systems.
- In-depth knowledge of energy production or distribution equipment and systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Experience in maintaining industrial assets in compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Familiarity with energy regulations and maintenance best practices.

Software:

- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), such as SAP PM or equivalent.
